Second Line Parade for Ray Deter






















Angels looked on , the ones on 3rd street that is  . Bicyclists were annoyed with blocked bike lanes . Traffic stopped in the streets .

Perhaps as many as 300 friends of Ray Deter marched , danced , paraded from 41 first avenue to 6th street between avenue B and C to  traditional New Orleans funeral tunes played by a jazz band Monday night.

Great photos of what looks like was a wonderful sendoff to a standup guy. I wish I would've met him.
