That's one thing about the LES that I never understood.

Supposed friends all over the place, but when it comes to helping out someone who has no where to stay, no body helps.

Someone once told me that a friend, is a steady sturdy shelter.

Suffice to say that on the LES, one can count their friends on a single finger.
