Neither more nor less

There are lots and lots of dogs in the East Village . Usually they are attended by people wearing flip-flops and drinking bottled water while chortling, cooing , giggling and stating where they are at this or that particular instant on a cell phone . If the picture is any indication of the truth , there may be as many dogs as people .
